Driver Pay
Base Pay
- $1,500 minimum weekly pay**
- Starting at $.60CPM
- 2,500 + miles per week
Scheduled Pay Raises
- We tell you exactly how we will increase your earnings
- Your pay will go up to $.61CPM after 6 months
- Your pay will go up to $.63CPM after 12 months
- Your pay will go up to $.65CPM after 24 months
- Your pay will go up to $.70CPM after 36 months
Bonuses and Extras
- $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
- Layovers = $150 per day
- Breakdown = $150 per day
- Detention= $25 per hour
- Stops = $25 per stop excluding the first and last stop
- Referrals = $1000 per qualified referral hire

Home Time
- All drivers are home on the weekend
- Start your week Sunday night or Monday morning depending on loads
- Be home every Friday night
- Drivers must live within 100 miles of Chicago to qualify
How to Qualify
- Possess Current Class A CDL
- Have current DOT Physical
- Have 24 months of recent verifiable Class A experience
- Live within 600 miles of Chicago
- Have a stable work history
- Have a safe driving history (MVR & PSP)
- Strong work ethic
- Driver must pickup/deliver all loads on time for all activities under their control
- Driver may NOT refuse any load tenders
- All trip paperwork MUST BE turned in by 5PM (CST) every Monday for all loads delivering by noon on Monday or earlier. In the event paperwork is not received, NO minimum payment will be offered for the week
- Drivers must be available via telephone to communicate with their assigned Fleet Manager
- Driver must be available for work Sunday evening through Friday evening
